The Florida Dental Association is seeking a Florida Dental Convention (FDC) Marketing Specialist to help promote a large-scale dental convention, along with a portfolio of educational events throughout the year.
This role blends creativity with execution and offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility events while collaborating with experienced event and marketing professionals.
What You’ll Do
Execute email, digital, social, website, and print marketing campaigns for live and virtual events.
Manage event marketing timelines and ensure promotions launch on schedule.
Write and edit compelling marketing copy for emails, websites, social media, signage, and ads that drive registration and engagement.
Execute paid digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
Coordinate with external vendors including designers, printers, and signage partners.
Support on-site event marketing needs including signage, social media coverage, and run-of-show coordination.
Analyze performance metrics and help refine future campaigns.
Who You Are
A detail-oriented marketer with 3–7 years of experience.
Comfortable balancing creative work with multiple project deadlines, logistics and managing budgets.
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Experienced in email marketing, digital ads, and content creation.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Organized, collaborative, and calm under pressure.
Excited to see your work make a real-world impact.
Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends during event periods. Portfolio samples required.
This is a fully in-office position based in Tallahassee.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
