Job Description
• Work with the team to plan and implement virtual and in-person volunteering events.
• Coordinate with NGOs to identify and map them for various volunteering events.
• Prepare documentation in support of the events executed.
• Assist in planning meetings and keeping records of decisions made during meetings.
• Provide administrative support by answering phones, taking meeting minutes, and forwarding emails.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Travel on-site to inspect ongoing arrangements, preparations, and changes to meet the client's needs.
• Assist in after-action reviews to ascertain areas of strength and weakness related to the management of the events.
