Overview:
The Event Operations & Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of marketing events, conferences, and trade shows. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of events, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Responsibilities:
• Event Scouting and Planning:
• Research and identify potential events that align with the organization's marketing goals.
• Evaluate the suitability of events based on target audience, cost, and logistics.
• Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Event Calendar Creation:
• Create and maintain quarterly, yearly, and monthly event calendars.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• On-Site Management:
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Manage event staff and volunteers.
• Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the event.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that the event stays within budget.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and terms.
• Vendor Management:
• Manage relationships with vendors, including caterers, rental companies, and audiovisual providers.
• Ensure that vendors meet contractual obligations and deliver quality services.
• Post-Event Evaluation:
• Collect feedback from attendees and staff to evaluate the success of the event.
Prepare a detailed post-event report, including key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
