Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Operations & Production Manager to join our Delhi branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event execution, production planning, vendor coordination, and on-ground event management. You will play a key role in ensuring that every event is executed smoothly and meets client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end operations for events – from pre-production to execution and post-event closure
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Oversee event setup, logistics, technical requirements, and on-site management
• Prepare and manage production schedules, material requirements, and vendor bookings
• Ensure quality control, timely execution, and cost-effective production processes
• Handle on-ground team management and troubleshoot issues during events
• Maintain a database of reliable vendors, suppliers, and production partners
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, event timelines, and client specifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
