Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Operations and Production Manager located in Gurgaon. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
Daily tasks include managing event logistics, liaising with vendors and clients, supervising the setup and teardown of events, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and resolving any issues that arise during the events.
The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Event Planning, Coordination, and Management skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Vendor Management and Negotiation skills
Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Experience in corporate events and destination weddings is a plus
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
