Job description
1. Process Development: Create and implement efficient processes and workflows to ensure the smooth execution of various event-related tasks. This includes processes for event registration, vendor management, logistics coordination, participant communication, and post-event evaluation.
2. Timeline Management: Develop and maintain event timelines, including critical milestones and deadlines for tasks such as event promotion, registration, venue setup, speaker coordination, and marketing initiatives. Monitor progress against timelines and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, audio-visual, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of event-related processes and deliverables.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. Your day-to-day tasks will involve tender bidding, preparing and delivering presentations to clients, coordinating with different stakeholders, planning, managing, and implementing projects/work, and maintaining communication with clients both before and after the award of work.
Qualifications
• Proven skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Event Industry
• Experience dealing with Government Departments and Ministries
• Proficient in making and delivering presentations
• Understanding of Event related Tenders and the tendering process
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
