Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to join our events team in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics and operational execution of Apparel Resources’ exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. From pre-event planning to on-site coordination and post-event reporting, you'll play a critical role in delivering smooth, impactful experiences for our attendees, sponsors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing B2B industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless event delivery
• Manage logistics including exhibitor requirements, branding setups, AV, registration counters, and hospitality arrangements
• Maintain detailed event schedules, checklists, and documentation
• Support on-site execution, setup, and breakdown—ensuring timely resolution of any logistical challenges
• Work closely with the client servicing and content teams to ensure alignment of event goals
• Handle coordination with sponsors and exhibitors for their logistical needs
• Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting for continuous improvement
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in event operations or event management
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
• Comfortable with on-ground, physical execution and flexible work hours around event schedules
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project or event management tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
• Experience in the fashion or textile industry is an added advantage
