We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support the core event team in planning and executing a wide range of events, including corporate functions, promotional activities, and social gatherings.
The role involves managing vendor coordination, overseeing logistical requirements such as stationery and event resources, and ensuring seamless on-ground execution. You will also work closely with the core committee to support any ad-hoc requirements and may be required to travel for event execution.
Help the core event team in organizing events, including corporate events, social gatherings, and promotional events.
Liaising with vendors to secure necessary services and supplies as required for the event.
Handling all logistical aspects of events, including stationery and other resources.
Overseeing event operations on the day of the event, ensuring smooth execution, and resolving any problems.
Work alongside the core committee for any ADOC requirement during the event.
Travel along side the core committee for hosting events across India

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager with a passion for weddings and event experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational execution of wedding events, ensuring seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all operational aspects of wedding events from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments – design, production, logistics, vendor management, and client servicing.
• Ensure a prompt and professional response or follow-up to sales enquiries, wedding show around. Track, analyse and make recommendations on business conversion statistics.
• Develop detailed event production schedules, timelines, and floor plans.
• Research competitors on Wedding trends, offerings, and pricing. Ensure the company remains competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
• Conduct site visits and venue assessments to ensure alignment with event requirements.
• Supervise on-ground event setups, rehearsals, and event day operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, including caterers, decorators, logistics, rentals, and technical teams.
• Oversee staff allocation, manpower planning, and resource deployment for each event.
• Monitor event budgets related to operations and ensure cost control without compromising quality.
• Resolve last-minute operational issues and troubleshoot problems during events.
• Maintain high service standards, ensuring a luxury experience for clients and guests.
• Prepare post-event reports, debriefs, and improvement recommendations.
• Take ownership of recurring challenges and ensure the issues are resolved.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail with a creative and aesthetic mindset.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and premium service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in event operations, preferably in weddings or high-end event management.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Canva.
