Role and Responsibilities
• This role is central to creative and production vendor onboarding, ensuring all KYC documents and
agreements are properly in place for appropriate documentation and timely vendor payments ensuring
continued quality service.
• Responsible for sending out onboarding mails, maintaining accurate paperwork from onboarding till contract
completion of the project associated external vendors.
• Responsible for managing the timelines, creation, data input and management of ARF releases as per the
internal timelines.
• Coordinate & collaborate with internal departments for the timely and accurate completion of paperwork.
• Coordination with Legal team to close contract execution in a desired timeline and help the team in
negotiating with the crews and the vendors for the execution of the contracts.
• Advise on schedule changes and meetings while remaining mindful of both corporate and production
deadlines.
• Ensure to keep Record of Invoices and other important project related documents.
• Exhibit Maturity and confidence to deal with multiple HODs/top technicians on a day-to-day basis.
• Creating a central repository of data in an easily accessible format to benchmark key freelancing hires for cost
rationalization when needed.
Skills Required
• Attention to details, good communication, Knowledge of Excel, word etc...
• Good negotiation, presentation, and team player skills essential
• Flair to lock the commercials and negotiate wherever required to adhere to internal budgets
• Exhibit Maturity and confidence to deal with multiple HODs/top technicians on a day-to-day basis.
