We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team and lead the camping and glamping operations across various events.
The Role:
• Develop and implement operational efficiencies and processes for camping and glamping operations
• Manage stakeholder relationships and plan campsites and glampsites from start to finish
• Coordinate all aspects of site planning, including signage, infrastructure, power, temporary facilities, and supplier management
• Ensure health and safety compliance and oversee contractor adherence to policies
