Crowd Safety and Control Specialist

This is a challenging role where you will work closely with the event operations team to lead the strategic planning across crowd management, control and safety for large scale outdoor events.
From implementing on-site crowd control measures, signage and entry / exit points, you will be the lead contact for planning all casual and freelance staff for crowd control at the events.
Liaising with suppliers as well as the event security teams are all part of this role, alongside managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders in the organisation and wider teams.
About You
We are looking for a deep level of experience within the large scale events industry working on major public, mass participation or sporting events ideally within greenfield sites.
You will have Level 5 in Crowd Safety Management or Level 4 Certificate in Spectator Safety Management and be able to put together a strategy as well as an operational delivery plan for crowd safety and flow within a large scale event setting.
You thrive in a high pressure environment and love working to tight deadlines within a team environment, with the ability to juggle many projects at once. IOSH or other health and safety qualifications needed.
