Job Description
KEY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Identify and onboard vendors for on-ground corporate events across India
Negotiate and secure the best quotes from vendors for fabrication, sound, light, engagement activities, entertainment activities, etc.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure preferential treatment and pricing for our events
Collaborate with the Sales and Creative teams to understand client requirements and provide innovative solutions
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality
Oversee the on-ground execution of events to ensure everything runs smoothly
Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future events
