Fairfest Media, the organizer of TTF, OTM and BLTM is an established leader in travel trade shows in India, serving governments and businesses from over 100 countries.
Fairfest’s flagship travel event is OTM, which is well-recognised as India’s leading travel event and is the largest B2B travel show in the Asia-Pacific region.
We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operational aspects of these renowned events.
The Event Operations Manager is responsible for managing aspects related to event planning and execution. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after events.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and manage registration forms, exhibitor surveys, and visitor surveys using Survey Monkey, tailoring them to specific event requirements.
• Generate and manage payment links via Razorpay for hosted buyers, exhibitors, and trade visitors.
• Handle payment processing, refunds, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with travel agents and corporates to plan and execute the hosted buyer program.
• Draft and manage communication materials, including emailers and invitations, for corporate engagement.
• Conduct follow-ups and manage registration confirmations.
• Maintain visitor databases and badge lists for upcoming events.
• Develop and implement email templates for various communications, including hosted buyer packages and confirmations.
• Oversee telecalling activities, including script drafting, caller training, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate exhibitor and hosted buyer registrations during events, managing onsite registration desks and temporary staff.
• Liaise with hotel partners to coordinate accommodations for event attendees.
• Prepare registration log sheets and collaborate with data management partners.
• Assist in onboarding temporary event staff and coordinate with external vendors for registration logistics.
Qualifications :
• Proven work experience as an Event Operations Manager or in a similar role within the event, exhibition, or travel industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using survey tools (e.g., Survey Monkey) and payment platforms (e.g., Razorpay).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
