Oaks Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd is hiring for teh role of Event Operations Manager!
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop production element sheets with costs, timelines, and schedules.
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses stay within limits.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services and materials.
• Oversee logistics: venue selection, equipment rentals, transportation, etc.
• Coordinate with teams (catering, décor, AV) for seamless execution.
• Supervise technical aspects (sound, lighting, AV requirements).
• Ensure smooth technical setup and operation during events.
• Identify risks and create contingency plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct post-event debriefs with the team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in event operations or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in event management software (a plus).
• Knowledge of Mumbai's vendor network is preferred.
