Event Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events, exhibitions, and retail activations.
• Utilize liquor industry expertise to develop innovative concepts and experiences that resonate with target audiences.
• Oversee the planning, setup, and execution of events, ensuring all logistical and technical aspects are coordinated effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Leverage exhibition knowledge to design and implement engaging booth layouts and activations that capture audience attention.
• Utilize retail experience to optimize product displays and merchandising strategies for maximum impact.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in operations management within the event industry, with a focus on liquor-related events.
• Strong exhibition knowledge and experience in designing and executing booth layouts and activations.
• Excellent client communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Extensive experience in event management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Retail experience with a deep understanding of product displays and merchandising strategies.
• Proficiency in display setup and logistics management.
