We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Operations Manager to lead our operations team and ensure the seamless operational delivery of our high-impact events, from initial concept through to flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the operations team in end-to-end planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, venue management, and on-site setup/teardown.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables while mitigating risks and adapting to changes.
• Handle client management, serving as the primary point of contact for client communications, understanding their needs, providing updates, and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project directors, creative leads, and technical specialists) to align operations with event goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage event budgets, procure resources (e.g., equipment, staffing, permits), and negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
• Direct on-site operations, supervising staff, conducting risk assessments, ensuring health and safety compliance, and resolving issues in real-time.
• Perform post-event evaluations, collect feedback, and prepare performance reports to identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to drive repeat business and satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation and excellence.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance Tribbe's event offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event operations or management, ideally in experiential or mass scale events with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple events concurrently and leading teams, with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and partners.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance, including risk management in event settings.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events demand.
• Familiarity with Singapore's event industry and local vendors is advantageous.
