We are looking for an Event Operations Executive to join our team for our clients, responsible for maintaining records and documents.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain filing & documentation.
• Tracking of files, Draft emails and maintain strict confidentiality Coordinate.
• Follow-up and get the delegated work to the internal staff done on time and as per expectation
• Follow-up with third party individuals or companies for different kinds of work to be received or given.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
• Ability to travel
• Very good at multi-tasking
• Apt in computer and MS Office
• Should be confident in communicating in Two languages (English & Hindi)

Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 1 year to 2 years
• Education: Must be Graduate
• Technical Skill: Excel, Business Letter & Email Drafting, Telephonic Etiquettes, Document Handing.
