Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning and Coordination:
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for events.
• Liaise with stakeholders to determine event objectives, themes, and budgets.
• Source and manage venues, suppliers, and vendors.
• Oversee logistical elements such as permits, transportation, and accommodations.

Post Event Evaluation
• Analyze event success and gather feedback from participants and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a minimum experience of 3+ years
• Proven experience in planning and managing large-scale events.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills.
