Technical Production: Take full ownership of the "floor"—stage design, fabrication, AV setups, show flow, and console management.
Budget & Logistics: Build and manage precise event timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery without financial leaks.
Vendor Ecosystem: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with hotels, fabricators, and specialized production partners.
Strategy & Innovation: Don’t just follow a brief—improve it. Pitch trend-led ideas and innovative production tech to elevate the client experience.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of vendor contracts, checklists, and financial settlements.
