Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Operation Executive, based in Jaipur. The role involves the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including corporate events, brand activations, and live experiences. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistics, supervising event setup and execution, and ensuring smooth operations throughout. The Event Operation Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the client's expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle event logistics and deadlines.
• Proficiency in vendor coordination, resource allocation, and event execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and third parties.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability to manage on-site challenges effectively.
• Experience in event planning, coordination, and onsite management, preferably in a corporate or entertainment setting.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost management for event projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of A/V production and technical event requirements is an added advantage.
