Event Assistant Placement (12 months)
Start Date: June 2026
Location: Windsor Office
Interviews: February 2026
Eligibility: Must be studying Events Management.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Sourcing exciting venues and liaising with suppliers.
• Organizing event logistics and preparing key documents (budgets, timetables, etc.).
• Managing your own projects and supporting larger team events.
• Getting stuck in at live events, from setup to derig.
• Researching new venues and suppliers to boost revenue.
• Engaging in sales, calls, and live event support.
• Creating captivating social media content to share our journey.
What We’re Looking For
• A “can-do” attitude and a passion for learning.
• A proven work ethic, including part-time experience.
• Creativity, team spirit, and a good sense of humor.
• A strong grasp of social media platforms.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car.
