Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pune, which allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Event Planner and Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets, developing detailed event timelines, ensuring smooth execution of events, and overseeing all aspects of event logistics and operations. The role requires excellent communication to liaise effectively with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
• Experience in Event Planning and Event Management, with a proven ability to execute events successfully from start to finish.
• Proficiency in Budgeting to manage financial resources efficiently and ensure events remain within set budgets.
• Sales and client relationship management skills to secure new business opportunities and maintain strong client connections.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality events and handle unexpected challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the event or hospitality industry and familiarity with event management tools/software are advantageous.
