Job Description
This is a full-time, role for a Wedding Decor Specialist located in Saki Naka, Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding client wedding décor needs, presenting and selling wedding decor solutions, and giving wedding management solution.
Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, creating mood boards, negotiating Decor contracts, coordinating with the Hotels, production and Decor execution teams, managing on-ground requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 3-6 years minimum experience in Wedding industry in business development
• Understanding of wedding decor trends, Venue layouts, decor production
• Proficiency in creating mood boards and detailed presentation of deliverables
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Wedding Planning and Client Servicing skills
• Understanding of wedding decor trends, Venue layouts, decor production.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, or related field; experience in the wedding industry is a plus.
