Job description
Job responsibilities:
- Leading key experiential IPs and driving end-to-end planning and execution
- The ability to research and articulate new experiential ideas, drive the development of event concepts and presentations in sync with the organization's goals and objectives
- Work with interdisciplinary teams, sales, consumer experience, and individual business units to create integrated events that are disruptive and connect with our key audience.
- Work with external teams such as vendors & agencies, collaborators, influencers, partners, and talent to bring ideas to life
- Drive monetization strategy and brand partnership execution with the IPs.
Skills:
- Minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in events
- Proven track record of growing and scaling events as a department in a company
- Content creation ability and data driven decision making needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders
- Negotiation skills and ability to work cross functionally with different teams and stakeholders.

Position Title: Event Manager/Event Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Manager/Coordinator to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events. The ideal candidate will ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
1.Event Planning and Coordination
•Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and goals for the event.
•Create detailed event proposals, plans, and timelines.
•Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers for seamless event execution.
•Ensure all permits and licenses are acquired as needed.
2.Client Management
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
•Conduct regular updates and meetings to discuss progress and changes.
•Handle last-minute client requests or changes efficiently.
3.Budgeting and Financial Management
•Prepare cost estimates and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
•Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
•Manage invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
4.Event Execution
•Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
•Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events.
•Ensure high standards of quality and service delivery.
5.Vendor and Staff Coordination
•Recruit, train, and manage event staff, including decorators, caterers, and technicians.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
•Ensure all vendors and staff adhere to event schedules and guidelines.
6.Post-Event Evaluation
•Conduct post-event debriefings to evaluate the event’s success and identify areas for improvement.
•Collect client feedback and testimonials for future references.
Skills and Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
•Proven experience in planning and coordinating various types of events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
