Job Description: The event coordinator will support the client experience team program managers within the overall SPDR client experience plan
The Events/Conference coordinator will work collaboratively & maintains relationships with key partners and stakeholders across the SPDR business, specifically SPDR sales leadership, business partners in marketing, compliance as well as subject matter experts throughout State Street Global Advisors
Handle program deliverables, including marketing communications, collateral, registration/invitation copy/promotions, event logistics and sales communications
Submit event invoices and manage the event budget tracker
Support smaller industry conference deliverables through booth coordination and premiums
Provide on-site support for additional events needed
Maintain the events/conferences calendar with dates, costs, venues etc Maintain premiums/Harte Hanks; maintain quantities, stock and refresh items on Harte Hanks and SalesForce Dedicated to measuring return on investment for all pr
