Role Summary
The Senior Specialist: Medical Education Mako is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality medical education programs. The role involves developing and managing event budgets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising event quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, professional affairs, compliance, and external vendors to organize all aspects of events.
• Manage relationships with participating surgeons, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, or Event Management, with a focus on medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
