Event Planning And Logistics Manager
We're seeking an experienced Event Planning and Logistics Manager to join our team at a21. As a member of our Miami office, you will be responsible for maintaining event planning timelines, creating checklists and forms for event leads, and coordinating pre-event production and logistics.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Maintain event planning timelines to ensure smooth execution
Create checklists, forms, and information sheets for event leads
C coordinate pre-event production and logistics, including vendor communication, rental orders, and website updates
Help execute on-site event setup and day-of-execution tasks, such as leading volunteers and set up crews, checking in deliveries, and managing event talent
