Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide regular updates. Manage on-site event operations, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any issues that arise. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown. Maintain detailed event budgets and track expenses. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback. Stay informed about the latest trends in event planning and hospitality. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach. Knowledge of event management software is a plus. Familiarity with the Jaipur hospitality scene is an advantage.
