Responsibilities
·Responsible for the complete planning and execution of a wide range of events within the hotel including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
·Prepare sales-related materials during the planning phase such banquet event orders, personalised menus etc
·Conduct site visits showcasing facilities and events spaces
·Offer clients comprehensive insight of the hotel offerings and recommend food & beverage options and accommodation
·Work with the clients to contract additional services during the planning phase
·Liases and works closely with the related operational departments ensuring guests requests and expectations are being met during the planning and delivery of the events
·Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
Qualifications
• You have great language and written skills in English
• You are creative, pro-active, confident, a natural planner and customer focused
• You are eligible to work in the United Kingdom
• You thrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel
