Job Title: Event Planning Intern
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Event Planning Intern to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring event professionals to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of event planning.
Responsibilities:
• Event Conceptualization & Planning:Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, workshops, seminars, product launches, and social gatherings.
• Develop creative event themes and concepts.
• Research and propose innovative event ideas.
• Prepare detailed event timelines and budgets.
• Event Logistics & Coordination:Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
• Manage guest lists and RSVPs.
• Handle on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, and guest management.
• Oversee event day operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Event Marketing & Promotion:Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote events.
• Utilize social media platforms and other channels to reach target audiences.
• Track event performance and analyze key metrics.
• Prepare post-event reports and presentations.
• Administrative Support:Perform administrative tasks related to event planning, such as data entry, file management, and research.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong project management and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for events.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Internship Details:
• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (Offline Internship)
• Duration: 6 hours per day (Flexible timings)
• Stipend:Month 1: INR 3000
• Month 2: INR 4000
• Month 3: INR 5000
