Job Description
Our client is an independent and highly reputable creative event management agency based in Sydney’s CBD. They design, deliver and execute extraordinary premium, corporate and public events across Australia as well as internationally. They are undergoing a period of significant growth and are looking for an experienced and dedicated Event Producer to join their Premium Services team who are responsible for creating “money can’t buy experiences”.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Event Producer to manage a diverse portfolio of luxury events from concept through to completion.
Reporting to the Director of Premium Events, you will manage a series of exciting events from end to end. Collaborating with luxury brands, celebrity talent and some of Australia's best restaurants
Develop critical path for event projects
Management of event production, deadlines and budgets
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and suppliers
Negotiating supplier contracts and relationships
Hosting and supporting key talent for various events
Upholding the Agency’s standards in every event delivered
Client and stakeholder management
Onsite event management as required
Assisting the Corporate team with the design and execution of business event experiences, including conferences and incentives, when required
Candidate profile:
A minimum of 5 years previous Event Management experience. Agency experience is preferred
Extensive knowledge of the luxury brand space and premium dining scene
Experience working in business to consumer events
You will have a passion for organising events, flexibility to run on tight deadlines and be used to working in a fast-paced working environment
You will have a positive "can do" attitude and able to work closely with different teams
Excellent written, communication and time management skills
You will be customer centric with superior attention to detail
Good at problem-solving with the ability to multi-task
Travel will be required as well as the ability and willingness to work out-of-standard hours from time to time
