Full job description
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in event logistics and coordination
· Support event setup and production
· Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
· Manage event resources and staffing
· Provide onsite support during events
· Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions
· Assist in managing event flow and emergencies
· Maintain accurate records and documentation
· Support preparation of event-related reports
Qualifications and Skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent (required); degree or diploma in event management (preferred)
· Basic understanding of event production elements
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Strong attention to detail and communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Flexibility to work irregular hours
· Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
