1. Event planning
Participate in all event planning meetings
Offer the event stakeholders creative ideas and solutions
Follow up on all action items
Be responsible for all event infrastructure
Load in and load out all necessary event equipment
3. Facility management
Keep warehouse and video studio clean, stocked with necessities and always prepared for productions

The Event Production Associate is tasked with practical support for a plethora of corporate event activations/productions. They’re responsible for labor and infrastructure oversite for both live event productions as well as video studio productions. Guaranteed, there is never a dull moment.
