• Job Summary:
This role involves overseeing the end-to-end decor production and on-site setup for weddings. The successful candidate will have strong market knowledge, a vendor network, and excellent leadership skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage budgets, schedules, and expense tracking in Excel.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and stay updated on market trends.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement creative concepts.
• Incorporate innovative materials and decor trends into wedding designs.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 7-8 years' experience in wedding decor production.
• Strong market knowledge and vendor network.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and design skills.
• Estimated Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (depending on experience).
