Job description

We're seeking a Live Entertainment Specialist to join our Fever Originals team, who can bring creativity and expertise to the production of unique events and experiences. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with our Executive Producer and Project Manager to ensure that high-quality experiences are delivered, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event production and experiential marketing, with a deep understanding of the entertainment and events industry. They must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, think strategically when faced with an event brief, and have experience in virtual events, outdoor events, and/or large-scale events.

You will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. You will also participate in marketing meetings to contribute to creative ideation from a production perspective, and work closely with our marketing team to develop innovative ideas for events and experiences.

This role requires a self-starter with a flexible and analytical mindset, who can handle administrative duties, including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts. Domestic and international travel may be required, and you must be able to communicate effectively with partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
