This Full-Time, On-Site Event Production Manager role is located in Chennai. As an Event Production Manager at Brand Avatar, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our events, from conceptualization to execution. You will work closely with the event team and collaborate with other internal stakeholders to ensure events are executed flawlessly and successfully.
- Vendor Management.
- Vendor Negotiation.
- Detailed Knowledge about the stage, sound, Light &LED.
- Estimate and proposal Making.
- Venue Handling.
- Logistics Handling.
- Layout Planning.
- Stage design planning.

Qualifications
At least 5 years of event management experience
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to manage large-scale events from concept to execution
Strong vendor management experience
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders from all levels of the organization
Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, business, or a related field
Experience in project management
Experience in budgeting and financial management for events
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and event software
