The Wedding Toli is looking for a Production Head with 5+ years of experience in wedding and event production. This role involves planning, managing, and executing weddings from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work closely with the team, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth and flawless events.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee event production from planning to execution.
Should have knowledge of market and costings.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
Work with clients and vendors to bring their wedding vision to life.
Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for seamless execution.
Supervise event setups on-site and handle last-minute challenges.
Negotiate with vendors for dcor, setups, and technical needs.
Create detailed work sheets to document processes, ensuring clear planning and execution.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in event production (preferably weddings or large-scale events).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple events and work under pressure.
Good at creating structured work sheets for event planning.
Willing to relocate to Jaipur and travel as needed.
