Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Event Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event production, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of event production from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Develop detailed production schedules and timelines.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Handle logistics including transportation, equipment, and personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in event production management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
