We’re looking for a Production Team Leader (or Manager, if you’ve got the chops) who knows how to make chaos look like choreography. If you're the kind of person who can turn a blank venue into a mind-blowing spectacle - and still find time to make a checklist - keep reading.
What You’ll Be Owning:
???? Lead the charge on-site - from setup to showtime to shut down.
???? Sync with internal teams (design, logistics, client servicing) to bring event visions to life.
???? Manage vendors, crews, and techies like a boss - staging, sound, lighting, fabrication, AV - you name it.
???? Do site recce's, sniff out red flags, and solve them before they become problems.
Keep everything running on schedule - because “fashionably late” only applies to guests.
???? Troubleshoot like a pro when things go sideways (they will, and you will handle it).
???? Stretch budgets, charm vendors, and negotiate like you’re buying a car on Diwali.???? Post-event reporting? You’ll give us the tea - what rocked, what didn’t, and how to kill it next time.
What You Bring to the Party:
· 3–5 years in event production, live shows, or anything involving big builds and bigger pressure.
· Tech-savvy with sound, AV, rigging, lighting, and fabrication — you get the back end of an event.
· Leadership that inspires teams (even at 3 AM after a night-long setup).
· Bulletproof organization and on-your-feet problem-solving.
· You’re cool under pressure - and even cooler with clients and vendors.
· Available for the hustle - weekends, late nights, last-minute madness.
A degree or diploma in Event Management, Mass Comm, or similar? Nice to have.
