Job Description
As an Event Production & Sales Executive at Sony Fashion Studio, you will play a crucial role in handling both client interactions and on-ground event operations with equal passion. Your responsibilities will include sales and client management, event production and operations, and cross-functional support. You must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, have a good understanding of the event/wedding production or photography industry, and be comfortable with travel and fieldwork. Additionally, you should be self-driven, disciplined, and team-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and client inquiries, conduct meetings, and close deals
- Coordinate logistics and team requirements for weddings, shoots, and events
- Work closely with the Operations, Client Relations, and Creative teams
- Achieve monthly conversion targets and maintain lead tracking reports
- Supervise on-ground operations and ensure brand quality standards are maintained
- Participate in internal reviews, project planning meetings, and new market development activities
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate in Event Management / Marketing / Mass Communication / Hospitality preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in event production, sales, or client servicing
- Freshers with a strong interest and personality may also apply (training provided)
