Role Description
• Plan, execute, and oversee all our events end-to-end concept, design, production & delivery
• Manage technical & production aspects: stage design, AV setup, lighting, logistics & show flow
• Lead vendor & budget management, negotiating contracts to deliver seamless client experiences
• Build strong vendor relationships as the primary contact, ensuring trust & clear communication
What We're Looking For
• A strong background in event management with prior experience in production is essential.
• 1-3 years of experience in event production, event planning, or a related field.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced event environments while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to deliver flawless results every time.
