Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Production Specialist. As an Event Production Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day event planning, production, and management tasks. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless event execution. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications
• Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in budgeting for events
• Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Experience in the event management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
