Job title: Event Production Specialist
Salary: 4Lpa-6Lpa
Working Hours: Full Time, 10:30AM-6:30PM (Two Saturdays off per month)
Location: Bengaluru, Sanjay Nagar New Bel Road 5600+4

Key responsibilities & duties
· This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Production Specialist.
· The Event Production Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing and executing events.
These tasks include:
• Event planning
• Event production
• Event management
• Communication and budgeting.
• The Event Production Specialist will work closely with the client and the internal team to ensure that the client’s objectives and vision are executed flawlessly.
• They will closely work with the vendors ensuring a smooth event set up that includes stage, light and sound and overall pre event set up.
Qualifications
· Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the candidate will be communicating with clients, vendors, and team members
· Budgeting skills and experience in managing project budgets
· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
· Experience in event logistics and production
· Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Experience with event technology and production tools is a plus
· Work experience and skills
· Preferred experience- 1 year -3 years
