We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Production Senior Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our upcoming projects.
Position Overview:
As an Event Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end production of our diverse range of events. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of events that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their objectives, budgets, and vision for the event. Develop comprehensive event production plans and timelines.
Vendor Management: Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure the best services and pricing. Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of services.
Budget Management: Create and manage event costings (internal and external).
Quality Control: Implement and maintain high-quality production standards to ensure the flawless execution of events.
Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each project, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Experience of minimum 5 years as an Event Production Manager or similar role in the event industry.
· Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex events.
· Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost management skills.
Salary:
· Depending on the candidate, the salary will range from 60,000/- to 75,000/- per month (in hand)
