Event Project Manager (Financial Services)
We are seeking an experienced Events Project Manager to oversee a series of high-impact events, workshops, and international immersion programs for our client, a leader in the financial services sector.
This is a Mumbai-based, on-site role with a target start date of February 2026. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project or event management, preferably in the financial services or payments sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear and effective communication and strong relationship management
• Plan and execute workshops, immersion programs, and large-scale events for clients
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements
• Design and facilitate customized immersion programs tailored to client needs
The Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• Proven expertise in working with senior management and conducting workshops within the financial services or payments sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Contractual Details:
This is a contractual role with an initial duration of 12 months. This is an onsite role based site in Mumbai.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
