Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Event Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events to promote our products or services. Additionally, the
candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales through effective communication and relationship building with
potential clients.
Plan and coordinate various events, including but not limited to product launches, conferences, seminars, and
trade shows.
Strategically plan and manage society and garden events franchise Areas.
Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and on-site
coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for events.
Utilize various marketing channels to increase event attendance and drive product/service awareness.
Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback from clients and use it to enhance future events and offerings.
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on event performance and sales metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
