Position: Event Promotion Executive

Handicrafts
Handloom
Footwear
Jewellery
Food Products
Role Objective
To drive high-quality visitor and buyer footfall by actively reaching out to:
Wholesalers
Distributors
Corporate buyers
Institutional buyers
Trade associations
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to curated databases of buyers & prospects
Field visits to markets, associations, and business hubs
Pitch event value and convince prospects to attend / participate
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified visitors
Coordinate with internal teams for daily reporting and follow-ups
Represent the brand with professional communication and presentation
Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years experience in:
Field Sales / Promotions / Telecalling / Business Development
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability
Confident, presentable, and target-driven mindset
Comfortable with field work + calling mix role
Basic knowledge of local markets / B2B ecosystem preferred
