Position Overview
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a key role in engaging with target audiences during promotional events and campaigns. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to marketing, advertising, sales, and event execution, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of client brands. You’ll assist the promotions team in ensuring maximum brand exposure and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Advertising & Brand Awareness: Develop, set up, and distribute advertising materials to drive event attendance and brand recognition
• Event & Visual Merchandising: Organize and manage promotional displays to create excitement around client brands
• Consumer Engagement: Lead product demonstrations and interactive experiences to foster brand connections
• Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain detailed product and brand knowledge to educate both team members and consumers
• Sales Support: Assist with basic sales functions and support promotional efforts during events
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements
• Education: College degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Experience: 1–2 years in sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or retail is a plus; internships and relevant entry-level experience are considered
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organizational abilities, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset
• Availability: Must be available for some evenings and weekends to support events
• Attitude: Positive and enthusiastic, with a keen desire to learn and grow in the marketing and promotions field
