We’re Hiring: Event & Seminar Executive

We’re looking for an Event & Seminar Executive who’s not just organized and detail-oriented, but also truly passionate about creating unforgettable experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan & Organize Events
• Help bring to life everything from seminars and conferences to exhibitions.
• Handle all the behind-the-scenes magic: venue booking, vendor coordination, travel, permissions, tech setups, and more.
• Work closely with our sales, branding, and product teams to make sure every event hits the mark.
• Spread the Word
• Create and run marketing campaigns to get people excited about our events.
• Work with designers and content folks to make banners, brochures, invites, and some cool giveaways.
• Be the Go-To Person
• Talk to vendors, manage contracts, and make sure everything stays on budget.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Own the Event Day
• Be on-site to make sure everything goes smoothly—from setup and registration to attendee experience.
• Make sure branding looks great and the vibe is on point.
Reflect & Improve
• After the event, track attendance, engagement, leads—and what we can do even better next time.
• Collect feedback and share the wins (and learnings) with the team.
Must Have
• 2–5 years in event planning, marketing, or a related field
• Great communication and coordination skills
• Someone who can juggle multiple projects without missing a beat
• Comfortable with MS Office (and any event tools is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and a love for teamwork
