Event Promotions Specialist
Responsibilities

Act as a Guest Service Ambassador for the property during promotional events.

Provide exceptional service for VIP Guests.

Keep confidential all interactions with VIP Guests.

Execute marketing events such as concerts, gift giveaways, specialty events, drawings, off-site activations, and tournaments.

Requirements
">
">
Minimum six months of customer service experience, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
">
Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 3-5 events and/or 15 hours per month as a Marketing Event Rep.
">
Maintain superior Guest Service at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa.
">
Passion for great Guest Service.
">
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
">
